The Women's Arc Jacket is a lightweight and easily packable stretch waterproof jacket with pared-down features, for active use in all seasons.
The Pertex Shield®+ 3 layer fabric allows stretch as well as offering rain and weather protection. Minimalist features reduce weight and make it easily packable, ideal for when the rain catches you out on a climb. This jacket is designed to be worn while climbing, with a helmet compatible wired peak hood and harness compatible A-line chest pockets. The stretch fabric allows extended range of motion while moving on technical ground.
Designed for climbing, walking and other active uses, this jacket is well suited for multi-season use in uncertain weather conditions.
How to measure.
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
While all our garments are sized to these measurements, you will find that the cut on jackets designed for use in more extreme environments will be slightly more generous in the expectation that these designs will be used with additional/thicker midlayers. If you plan on using a jacket like this with fewer layers beneath it, please keep this in mind when selecting your size.
All garments are designed and fitted to suit their intended end use. See below for a general description of our fit categories:
Regular: Neither slim nor loose. Regular fit items are the perfect balance of form fit and ease of movement.
Slim: A streamlined silhouette. Cut trim following the contours of the body. Expertly placed articulation of seams and the use of stretch fabric ensure maximum freedom of movement in these close-fitting items.
Relaxed: Our more generous fit. Cut loosely through the body allowing for ease of movement and additional layering.
Expedition: Designed specifically to accommodate the layering system and equipment required for high altitude and polar expeditions.
