Weighing in at just 83g (size 10), the Cinder Phantom Jacket is featherlight, ultra low-volume, and offers you waterproof protection in a tiny pack size. Designed with all-weather riders in mind, it’s light enough to stash away and forget about, but can be thrown on when a storm starts to loom, shielding you from the elements. Its streamlined design keeps features to an absolute minimum to reduce bulk, while the stretchy Pertex® Shield fabric is breathable when you’re tackling a climb.
The under-helmet hood with stiffened peak and elasticated face closure will keep you dry and pedaling through a downpour, and can be rolled away when the sun emerges. Extended cuffs with a stretch binding protect your hands on exposed rides. When you no longer need it, you can stow the jacket in its lightweight stuff sack and fix it directly to your bike frame with the shock cord attachment.
With articulated sleeves and a dropped rear hem giving it a refined on-bike fit, the Cinder Phantom Jacket is an essential on-demand waterproof layer which is simply too light for you to leave behind.
How to measure.
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
While all our garments are sized to these measurements, you will find that the cut on jackets designed for use in more extreme environments will be slightly more generous in the expectation that these designs will be used with additional/thicker midlayers. If you plan on using a jacket like this with fewer layers beneath it, please keep this in mind when selecting your size.
