If you need an every-activity winter midlayer, our new Women’s Geon Hoody ticks all the boxes. With its quick-dry Thermic™ stretch fleece and upgraded mountain feature set, it’s a great way to introduce extra versatility to your layering system.
As a midweight stretch fleece, our Women’s Geon Hoody offers low-bulk mountain insulation for easy layering, as well as the ideal ‘active mountain’ combination of movement, breathability and insulation. Built from hydrophobic Thermic™ stretch fleece with integrated elastane, it is equipped with a brushed grid backer for extra strength, as well as smooth flatlock seams and a rolled hem and cuff for outstanding comfort. Other key mountain features include a low-profile under-helmet hood with soft chin guard for draught-free insulation. They also include a full-length front YKK® zip for flexible venting, plus a pair of secure, zipped hand pockets.
While the Women’s Geon Hoody is great as an insulating layer for high-tempo winter scrambles and ascents, it is equally practical as quick-grab warmth for early summer starts, impromptu rest sessions and casual evening downtime.
How to measure.
Chest: Measure the full circumference of your chest just below your armpits.
Waist: Find the top of your hip and measure the full circumference around your body.
Arm length: Measure horizontally from the centre of your back, across the shoulder, over a naturally bent elbow and down to the wrist fold.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hip area.
While all our garments are sized to these measurements, you will find that the cut on jackets designed for use in more extreme environments will be slightly more generous in the expectation that these designs will be used with additional/thicker midlayers. If you plan on using a jacket like this with fewer layers beneath it, please keep this in mind when selecting your size.

Relaxed: Our more generous fit. Cut loosely through the body allowing for ease of movement and additional layering.
Expedition: Designed specifically to accommodate the layering system and equipment required for high altitude and polar expeditions.
